Return Policy

New, unused products, with tags still attached must be returned within 20 days of the date of delivery for a full refund of original purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have received free shipping, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges must be initiated (email within 20 days of the date of delivery and items must be in their new/original condition with tags still attached.    

If there is an issue with the quality of product you received from us or you received the wrong product, please contact us at prior to initiating a return.

Products sold by Snowflake Ski Shop are covered under the individual manufacturers’ warranty policies. If your merchandise is defective and you believe it should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you through this process.

Exchange Policy

If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please contact us for return/refund and place a new order.

Placing a new order as soon as possible will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return in new condition.
